1. Canceling a Subscription
You can cancel future renewal at any time through Manage subscription on the GetZeroCast Account page or through the Paddle management link in your confirmation email. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further renewal charge should be taken after it becomes effective. Premium ordinarily remains available until the displayed current-period end. Cancel before a trial ends if you do not want it to convert to a paid subscription.
2. Cancellation Is Not a Refund
Stopping future renewal does not automatically refund a completed charge or unused time. Unless required by law or specifically approved, subscriptions and completed renewal periods are non-refundable. Daily and weekly plans can renew frequently, so check the interval shown at checkout and cancel before the next renewal time.
3. Refund Eligibility
Paddle may approve a refund when mandatory consumer law requires it, when a material product defect prevents access to the purchased service and cannot be resolved, or at Paddle's discretion. Paddle's current policy allows discretionary requests submitted within 14 days of the relevant transaction, but submitting within that period does not guarantee approval. Local law may provide a different or stronger withdrawal period, and those mandatory rights continue to apply.
4. How to Request a Refund
Start with the Contact form on GetZeroCast so we can investigate activation or technical problems. Include the verified Google email used for Zero Cast, purchase date, selected plan, and Paddle receipt or transaction reference. You may also request a refund through the receipt or Manage subscription link, the billing page, or Paddle's buyer support site. Never send a password, full card number, bank credentials, or authentication code.
5. Technical or Activation Problems
If Paddle shows a completed transaction but Premium is not active, first confirm that the website and app use the same verified Google email and refresh the Account page. Contact us promptly if the entitlement still does not appear. We may correct the entitlement, extend access where appropriate, or provide information needed for Paddle to review a refund. A temporary outage or resolvable setup issue does not automatically guarantee a refund.
6. Free Trials and Zero-Amount Transactions
A free trial may create a valid subscription even when the initial transaction amount is zero. Unless canceled before the displayed trial end, Paddle may charge the recurring plan price when the trial converts. Refund treatment for a post-trial charge follows this policy, Paddle's terms, and applicable law.
7. Manual or Promotional Premium
Premium granted manually for support, testing, promotion, goodwill, or migration is not a paid Paddle transaction unless a corresponding Paddle receipt exists. A manual grant may expire on its assigned date, may not appear in the Paddle customer portal, and has no cash value. Ending or declining to extend a free manual grant does not create a refund entitlement.
8. Duplicate, Unauthorized, or Incorrect Charges
Report duplicate or unrecognized charges promptly through the Contact form and Paddle buyer support. Provide the transaction reference and enough information to identify the purchase without sending full financial credentials. If a price, currency, tax, or interval differs from what Paddle displayed at confirmation, include the receipt and relevant evidence.
9. Chargebacks and Access
We encourage you to contact support before opening a chargeback so the issue can be investigated, unless that would affect a legal deadline or right. A chargeback, payment reversal, suspected fraud, or refund may cause the related Premium entitlement to be suspended or removed while the payment is reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive refund activity may be declined and may lead to account restrictions.
10. Processing an Approved Refund
Paddle is the merchant of record and processes approved website-purchase refunds. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card-network, currency, and regional processing times can affect when funds appear. GetZeroCast cannot change a financial institution's processing time. Premium access linked to the refunded transaction may end when the refund is issued.
11. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to digital services that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Where Paddle's applicable policy, local law, or a clearly stated GetZeroCast offer provides greater protection, the greater protection applies.
12. Policy Updates and Contact
The policy applicable at the time of the relevant transaction will be considered together with mandatory law and Paddle's applicable buyer terms. We may update this page for future transactions when plans, providers, or legal requirements change. Refund, cancellation, activation, and billing questions must be submitted through the Contact form available from the GetZeroCast website footer.
